It is with great pleasure that I share with you my "TESTIMONY", in not just a story, of how my home buying process was proven to be a great experience and blessing!
I started my journey almost 1 year ago of trying to purchase a home. I had a few hurdles to get over, but never once did Mrs. Hay (Penny) make me feel indifferent from the person(s) that may have come in with a perfect credit score. I started out with her at the Herron Bay properties, but I was not ready and the community was closing out. I was basically at her office once a week with my family. She would always say "Hello Family" with her dynamic smile!
I remember her calling and saying to me "Dee don't worrying, you are so close and you have worked so hard, I'm going to take you over to Grandview Estates, which is a new community being developed and we have time to work with your file!" She never gave up on me and here I was picking out a lot for the 4th time, but I knew this one was going to be my "New Family Home".
I end by saying "Her Word Is Her Bond"! Penny believed and stood in agreement with me. She's a very professional and positive individual. If I had to do it all over again and Penny was involved, I would do so without hesitation.
She has my upmost respect and I highly recommend her for your home buying experience. I worked with a great team!!
