We cannot say enough wonderful things about Cynthia! Besides being kind, sincere, a great listener, and always available, she is knowledgeable, understanding, and has the ability of being tough when she has to be in negotiations. She has surrounded herself with like-minded mortgage brokers, lawyers, and building inspectors who are just as wonderful as she is! If we ever wanted to sell our house and buy another one she would be the first person we would call, but that won't happen because she made our dreams come true and we will never move again! If you are a nervous first time home buyer who is having doubts but really want a house, call Cynthia, you will be so happy that you did!

Cynthia brings a enviable combination of a knowledgeable Real Estate agent who excels in her trade and understands her territory as well as an accomplished artist (a pro-photographer) whose insights and vision for the potential, design, and decor of properties are indispensable in making purchasing decisions. Besides these professional characteristics, Cynthia is the most affable person to work with - soft-spoken and trustworthy yet fair and tough (if needed) in negotiations on behalf of her clients. I would recommend Cynthia to anyone as a RE agent (or just as the friendliest person one might want to find to know.)

Cynthia is one best realtors that Ive ever met. Like the name says Beyond Properties, she went above and beyond to help find the perfect condo. Day and night we communicated on what type of condo, location, parking, and hoa. Cynthia is very knowledgeable and has all the information you will need for the purchase of your home. Cynthia with Beyond Properties was a delight to work with. My family relocated from California and needed someone who knew the Western Suburbs of Chicago. Cynthia was a perfect fit for us. She was extremely knowledgable about the area, the schools, and the neighborhoods. She was very well connected and a wealth of information regarding the types of homes we were looking at, the different styles/architecture and even the history of each home type. What I appreciated most was Cynthia's responsiveness. She was always available and made us feel like we were her only client. Never once did we feel we were competing for her time. I would highly recommend Cynthia - you can't go wrong!
