Tracey Tipton is a thoughtful, hardworking, intelligent, warm and savvy real estate agent. She helped us find the perfect house for our family and made sure we received the best deal possible. Bart Tipton, where do I start and is there enough space to tell our experience. We were ready to sell our house and move back to Bakersfield and started looking at houses on line, thus meeting Bart. He took the time to learn our must haves and deal breakers and lined up houses to see, always making sure our two hour drive was well worth the time. Then his real professionalism, experience and true compassion came into play. We started having difficulties with our buyers lender and the escrow had to be extended twice ending with a 90 day close. I remember one time after getting disturbing news, which possibly could have resulted in the sale falling through of both houses, Bart happened to call I started to give him the new info and started crying like a baby. He calmed me down saying not to panic it wasn't over and wished he could give me a big hug to ease my worries. Throughout this entire time he was in constant contact with our realtor in trying to help her get our house sold even going as far as to call the buyers lender to offer his help. My husband truly appreciated his truthfulness and patience, how quickly Bart responded to his calls, and especially setting up our lender (also awesome) and setting up documentation signing via e-mail to help expedite the transactions. It took six months but he never quit on us. We could go on but I hope this gives you enough to know Bart and Tracy are a number one team. Also they give 5% to the charity of your choice, isn't that awesome.
We are now loving our perfect home. Thanks Bart!

Summary of their experience
We recently sold our house with Bart as our listing agent. Our experience with him was nothing but great and wonderful. He showed enthusiasm and integrity the first time we met. Even before our first meeting while we were still combing through agents to list with, he had come way more prepared than other agents we had interviewed. Since it was our first time selling a home, he has been extremely helpful from start to finish. Not only was he knowledgeable about the market and economy, he was also more tech savvy than the other agents we looked into. His professionalism has gone even further to hire a photographer to take pictures of the house. It actually took two trips for photo shoots to cover both day and night scenes. Most agents in Bakersfield I've known would not go that extra mile to help you sell. The pictures came out great and well represented of the house and it sure helped sell our beloved first. He also offered a professional staging But itw was not necessary in our case. He was always on time and able to return my questions, whether through email, text message or phone, within 20 minutes or less. One of the best thing about having him as our agent was the fact we were out of town while the house was on the market and we relied on him heavily to make sure our house was secured and locked after every showing. Bart was really good about it. When the house was in escrow, we ran into problems with the buyer's lender time after time. But Bart was always cool headed and showed his negotiation skill to expedite things along. Selling a house, especially the first house, was both emotional and mind demanding We owe our thanks to him to make the process as painless as possible.

We tried to sell our house on our own for what we considered a fair price for six months. Within a week of listing it with Bart and Tracy, we had multiple buyers view the home. We accepted a full price offer after the first week of the house being listed with Bart and Tracy. Based on the amount of potential quality buyers they were able to attract, I would say that their marketing is second to none. If your considering selling your home, I would strongly recommend that you contact Bart and Tracy.
