When we decided to put our house on the market, the first person we called was Sherri Noel. Her signs are well-known in our neighborhood. She gave us a great advice - regarding preparing the house for market. We received our first offer on the house - only two days after our first open house. Sherri guided us through the escrow process, kept us updated on all inspections and communicated all our concerns/ comments to the buyer. She and her team get our highest recommendation.

We couldn't recommend Sherri more highly. We needed to sell our house in 2009 during the worst real estate market in LA in over 30 years. Sherri had great ideas on improving our home's appearance to make it more attractive. She did great marketing and she did excellent follow up with potential buyers. And she was a great negotiator. She's our hero!

Finding a great broker is difficult - finding one that you can truly trust is rare. Sherri and her team does not only qualify for both she is also a wonderful person. Ah - and did I mention that she closed on our home in less than 45 days for the price she predicted. You are making a mistake if you don't choose her to sell your home on the west side.

On the westside I think average is 250 and it just goes up from there if you want a Viking stove, custom windows, high end floors…
