Liz is great, she worked with us daily to buy our first home in Chicago last fall. She knew all the neighborhoods and was willing to work hard to find the best place for us. I highly recommend her, she is punctual, straight forward and a tough negotiator. She knows the market. She's also very personable and fun to be around, which made house hunting fun! Liz had come through the recommendation from a close friend, and she was the perfect person to help me out. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and helping me find the exact place that I wanted. Besides being an overall awesomely fun person, she was courteous, professional and thoughtful when arranging the viewings for me. She had everything lined up so we didn't waste any time at all. Overall, she is simply amazing. Not only a great agent, but also a great friend!

I have used Liz Whatley for both selling AND buying, and I highly recommend her for both. She knows the market, she's tough, and she's a straight shooter who will tell clients what they need to hear even if it isn't necessarily what they may want to hear (which is something I really appreciate given the proclivity of so many realtors to "blow smoke"). Her follow-through and commitment to building client relationships over the long term are truly exceptional. And she is PUNCTUAL! In fact I really can't think of any downsides. With Liz you really can't go wrong.

we started looking for homes as the market started to fall apart in 2008. We went to contract on a few places that we liked only to have them both miserably fail the inspection. Undaunted, Liz kept moving forward. We found our dream place, worked with Liz's team of a home inspector, mortgage expert (whom I've also recommended to friends).
