Aria was born in Austin and grew up attending area schools, including obtaining a Bachelor degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Aria married her husband, Jason Kilpatrick, in 2008. Jason is also native to the Central Texas area and has been a proud employee of Dell, Inc. for over a decade. In 2010, Jason & Aria welcomed their first daughter, Chloe, to their family. The family grew to 4 with the addition of their second daughter, Cora, in 2012. The Kilpatrick family is pet friendly, also including both dogs and cats.
Aria's expertise has familial roots. Her parents, Keith & Debi Schoenfelt, have been in the Austin area since 1977. The Schoenfelts' success in the Austin area includes the family's custom home building company, Corias Homes, Inc., and engineering firm, Schoenfelt Engineering, Inc.
The family has build some of Austin's finest custom homes and has developed some of Austin's most unique and exclusive residential subdivisions. Aria started with the family business in the 1990's and completed her first independent residential building project, a Hyde Park remodel, in 2002. She went on with success in building and remodeling throughout central and west Austin and now is also involved in residential real estate development and commercial construction. In an article published in the Austin Business Journal, her mother Debi proudly described Aria's success in the family business as one of the greatest compliments she has received. Aria expanded on the family's achievements with her passion for marketing when she obtained her Texas Real Estate License in order to begin offering her successful sales and marketing skills to the rest of Austin.
