You don't often find a polite young man that can sell your house for MORE than you are asking. Travis was able to list, market, and sell our house for $18K more that we were expecting. And, he did it in less than 30 days. It was great working with a professional that listened and pushed hard for more money. Travis Wallach and his team of guys was a great asset to me as I navigated through my first home-buying experience. Travis was referred to me by a friend after he helped her and her husband buy their first home. Prior to beginning my property search, I interviewed several agents; however, at the end of the day, I felt as though Travis was the most responsive. He acknowledged all of my questions in a way that made me feel confident that he understood my needs. He also seemed genuinely interested in assisting me. Throughout the process, Travis demonstrated great working knowledge of the Houston area and the real estate market. The individualized search portal he created for me allowed me to view properties online when I wanted. I could not of asked for more.

Travis assisted our family when we moved to Houston, TX back in 2010. He helped us get into a great housing situationb. Then, He helped us sell our house when we moved in 2011. It took 4 months to get our home sold, but our house sold for the exact number that he said. Had I been willing to accept the difficult truth about what I could realistically get for my home at his initial recommendation, our home would have sold much quicker. He got more than we paid for the home. He did all he could to get traffic through our home, and was able to sell it in a difficult market. He became a good friend that I'd be glad to recommend to anyone moving to the area!

Having been through a move before, I really wasn't looking forward to the selling experience again. Travis was recommended to me by a friend and I am so happy that I took their advice.
